Adults should take 15 to 30 mg three times a day.
Half the adult dosage for children (5 to 12 years).
A dosage of 30 mg two hours prior to the commencement of the travel and 15 mg every eight hours during the journey is recommended for motion sickness.
75 mg twice or three times day for peripheral arterial disease.
